FlipTab Terms of Use｜使用條款

These Terms of Use govern your use of the FlipTab Chrome extension and FlipTab Pro, provided by processhacker (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”).

本使用條款適用於你使用由 processhacker（以下稱「我們」或「營運者」）提供的 FlipTab Chrome 擴充功能及 FlipTab Pro。

By installing or using FlipTab, or completing a FlipTab Pro purchase, you agree to these Terms. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws remain unaffected.

安裝、使用 FlipTab 或完成 FlipTab Pro 購買，即表示你同意本條款。適用消費者保護法規中不得排除的權利不受本條款影響。

1. The service｜服務內容

FlipTab is a Chrome extension for organizing browser tabs into Spaces, groups, and visual boards. Certain features, including expanded organization limits, panel customization, Google Calendar integration, and saved-tab restoration, require FlipTab Pro.

FlipTab 是用於將瀏覽器分頁整理為 Space、群組及視覺化看板的 Chrome 擴充功能。部分功能需要 FlipTab Pro，包括提高整理數量上限、自訂面板、Google Calendar 整合及保存分頁還原功能。

2. Free version｜免費版

The free version currently supports up to two custom Spaces, one tab group per Space, and one board category per Space, together with the other features identified as free in the product description.

We may adjust free-version limits in future releases. Such changes will not intentionally delete, overwrite, or merge existing locally stored user data.

免費版目前支援最多兩個自建 Space、每個 Space 一個分頁群組及一個看板分類，以及產品說明中標示為免費的其他功能。

我們可能在未來版本調整免費版限制，但此類調整不會刻意刪除、覆寫或合併使用者既有的本機資料。

3. FlipTab Pro license｜FlipTab Pro 授權

A FlipTab Pro purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features.

The license:

  • Is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew
  • Has no predetermined expiration date
  • Supports up to three active installations at the same time
  • May require periodic online verification through Polar
  • May be deactivated from an old installation and activated on another installation, subject to the activation limit

「永久授權」表示該授權本身沒有預定到期日，不代表 FlipTab、Chrome、Google Calendar、Polar or other third-party services will remain available forever, nor does it guarantee every future feature or major product.

購買 FlipTab Pro 後，買方取得個人、非專屬且不可轉讓的 Pro 功能使用授權。

此授權：

  • 採一次性購買，不會自動續訂
  • 沒有預定到期日
  • 同一時間最多可有三個有效安裝
  • 可能需要透過 Polar 定期進行線上驗證
  • 可先解除舊安裝，再於其他安裝啟用，但仍受啟用數量限制

「永久授權」是指授權本身沒有預定到期日，不代表 FlipTab、Chrome、Google Calendar、Polar 或其他第三方服務將永久存在，也不保證包含所有未來功能或重大版本。

4. License Key responsibilities｜License Key 使用責任

You are responsible for keeping your License Key secure. You may not publish, sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute it to others.

We may suspend or revoke a license when reasonably necessary due to a refund, chargeback, fraudulent purchase, unauthorized resale, deliberate circumvention of activation limits, or material violation of these Terms.

你有責任妥善保管 License Key，不得公開、販售、出租、再授權或散布給他人。

因退款、爭議款、詐欺購買、未經授權轉售、刻意規避啟用限制或重大違反本條款時，我們得在合理必要範圍內暫停或撤銷授權。

5. Acceptable use｜使用限制

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute FlipTab except where applicable law expressly permits
  • Reverse engineer or circumvent licensing or security controls, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
  • Use FlipTab to violate laws or the rights of others
  • Interfere with FlipTab, Polar, Google, Chrome, or related services
  • Use a License Key obtained through fraud, theft, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized resale

你不得：

  • 複製、轉售、再授權或散布 FlipTab，但法律明確允許者除外
  • 規避授權或安全機制，或在法律允許限制的範圍內進行逆向工程
  • 使用 FlipTab 違反法律或侵害他人權利
  • 干擾 FlipTab、Polar、Google、Chrome 或相關服務
  • 使用透過詐欺、竊取、濫用爭議款或未授權轉售取得的 License Key

6. Purchases and refunds｜購買與退款

FlipTab Pro is sold through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and transaction handling are also subject to the Polar Buyer Terms.

Refund requests are handled according to the FlipTab Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

FlipTab Pro 透過擔任 Merchant of Record 的 Polar 銷售。結帳、付款處理、適用稅款、收據及交易處理亦適用 Polar 買方條款。

退款申請依 FlipTab 退款政策及適用法律所保障的強制權利處理。

7. User data and backups｜使用者資料與備份

FlipTab primarily stores tab-management data locally. You are responsible for maintaining any backups needed for your use.

Removing FlipTab, clearing Chrome storage, browser or device failure, restoring another backup, or third-party changes may result in data loss. Please review the FlipTab Privacy Policy for details.

FlipTab 主要將分頁管理資料儲存在本機。使用者應自行保存所需備份。

移除 FlipTab、清除 Chrome 儲存空間、瀏覽器或裝置故障、還原其他備份或第三方服務變更，都可能造成資料遺失。詳細資訊請參閱 FlipTab 隱私權政策。

8. Third-party services｜第三方服務

FlipTab may interact with services provided by Chrome, Google, and Polar. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, incompatibilities, or discontinuation caused by third-party services, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatible functionality where practical.

FlipTab 可能與 Chrome、Google 及 Polar 提供的服務互動，使用這些服務亦須遵守其各自的條款與政策。

對第三方服務造成的中斷、政策變更、帳戶限制、不相容或停止服務，我們不負控制責任，但會在合理可行範圍內盡力維持相容功能。

9. Updates and availability｜更新與可用性

We may update FlipTab to fix defects, improve security, maintain compatibility, or change features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every website or device, or the availability of every third-party integration.

我們可能為修正缺陷、提升安全性、維持相容性或調整功能而更新 FlipTab。我們不保證服務完全不中斷、毫無錯誤、相容於所有網站或裝置，或所有第三方整合永久可用。

10. Disclaimer and liability｜免責與責任限制

FlipTab is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use FlipTab.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

FlipTab 依其現況及可用狀態提供。在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，營運者不對因使用或無法使用 FlipTab 所產生的間接、附帶、特殊或衍生損失負責。

本條款不排除或限制依法不得排除或限制的責任及消費者權利。

11. Changes to these Terms｜條款變更

We may update these Terms when FlipTab’s functionality, business model, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be identified by updating the date on this page and, where appropriate, through an additional notice.

當 FlipTab 功能、商業模式或法律義務改變時，我們可能更新本條款。重大變更會更新本頁日期，並在適當情況下另行通知。

12. Governing law and contact｜準據法與聯絡方式

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the user’s place of residence. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith.
