This Privacy Policy explains how FlipTab, operated by processhacker, handles information when you use the FlipTab Chrome extension.

本隱私權政策說明由 processhacker 營運的 FlipTab Chrome 擴充功能如何處理使用者資料。

1. Information handled by FlipTab｜FlipTab 處理的資料

To provide its tab-management features, FlipTab may process:

  • Open-tab information, including page titles, URLs, favicons, tab groups, and window information
  • Spaces, board categories, preferences, Focus records, Workbench content, and manually saved resources
  • User-created backup files
  • A randomly generated installation identifier and license status
  • If Google Calendar is connected: calendar names, event titles, dates, times, locations, descriptions, meeting links, and availability
  • If thumbnail capture is explicitly enabled: an image of the visible portion of the active webpage

2. Local storage｜本機儲存

Tab information, Spaces, preferences, Workbench content, Focus records, resources, and thumbnails are stored locally through Chrome storage. They are not uploaded to the operator’s servers.

Calendar event information is temporarily cached in Chrome session storage to display the calendar. FlipTab does not operate a server that receives copies of your tabs, webpage thumbnails, Workbench content, or Calendar events.

To provide the recent and frequently used pages feature, FlipTab stores the URL, page title, favicon, access count, and last access time of HTTP(S) pages locally for up to seven days. This browsing activity is used only to rank shortcuts shown to the user. It is not transmitted to the operator, Polar, advertising services, or other third parties.

分頁資訊、Space、偏好設定、Workbench 內容、Focus 紀錄、資源及縮圖均儲存在 Chrome 本機儲存空間，不會上傳至營運者的伺服器。

日曆活動會暫存在 Chrome 工作階段儲存空間，以便顯示行程。FlipTab 不設置用來接收分頁、網頁縮圖、Workbench 內容或 Calendar 活動副本的營運者伺服器。

為提供近期及常用頁面功能，FlipTab 會在本機保存 HTTP(S) 頁面的網址、標題、圖示、使用次數及最後存取時間，最長七天。這些瀏覽紀錄只用於排列顯示給使用者的捷徑，不會傳送給營運者、Polar、廣告服務或其他第三方。

3. Optional webpage access and thumbnails｜選用的網站存取與縮圖

FlipTab requests access to websites only when the user enables features that require it, such as the page launcher or automatic thumbnails.

When thumbnail capture is enabled, FlipTab captures only the visible portion of an active tab associated with a Space. The thumbnail is compressed and stored locally. It is not transmitted to Polar, Google, the operator, or advertising services. Users can revoke website access through Chrome’s extension settings.

FlipTab 只會在使用者啟用需要網站權限的功能時要求網站存取權，例如頁面 Launcher 或自動縮圖。

4. Google Calendar｜Google 日曆

Google Calendar integration is optional and read-only. FlipTab requests access only after the user chooses to connect an account. Calendar information is used solely to display selected calendars and events inside FlipTab and to open the corresponding Google Calendar links.

OAuth tokens are handled through Chrome Identity and Google services. FlipTab does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes. Disconnecting Google Calendar removes FlipTab’s cached Calendar information and authorization from the extension.

FlipTab’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Calendar 整合為選用且僅供讀取。只有在使用者主動連接帳戶後，FlipTab 才會要求存取權，並僅用於在 FlipTab 中顯示所選日曆與活動，以及開啟相應的 Google Calendar 連結。

5. License verification and purchases｜授權驗證與購買

When a user activates, validates, or deactivates FlipTab Pro, the License Key, Polar organization and benefit identifiers, activation identifier, and a limited installation label are transmitted securely over HTTPS to Polar for license verification.

Purchases are processed on Polar’s hosted checkout. Polar may collect customer identity, billing, tax, and payment information under its own Privacy Policy. FlipTab does not receive or store complete payment-card information.

當使用者啟用、驗證或解除 FlipTab Pro 時，License Key、Polar 組織與權益識別碼、啟用識別碼及有限的安裝標籤，會透過 HTTPS 安全傳送至 Polar 進行授權驗證。

6. Sharing, selling and advertising｜分享、出售與廣告

FlipTab does not sell personal or sensitive user data. It does not transfer user data for advertising, creditworthiness, data-brokerage, or unrelated analytics purposes.

Information is shared only when necessary to provide a feature requested by the user, such as Google Calendar access or Polar license verification, or when legally required.

FlipTab 不會出售個人或敏感資料，也不會將資料用於廣告、信用評估、資料仲介或與產品功能無關的分析。

只有在提供使用者要求的功能時，例如 Google Calendar 存取或 Polar 授權驗證，或依法必須提供時，才會進行必要的資料傳送。

7. Retention and deletion｜保存與刪除

Locally stored data remains on the user’s device until the user deletes it, restores a different backup, clears the extension’s storage, or uninstalls FlipTab. Users control exported backup files and are responsible for deleting copies they no longer need.

Purchase and payment records held by Polar are retained according to Polar’s policies and applicable legal requirements.

本機資料會保留於使用者裝置，直到使用者刪除資料、還原其他備份、清除擴充功能儲存空間或移除 FlipTab。匯出的備份檔案由使用者自行控制及刪除。

8. Security｜資料安全

FlipTab limits data access to what is required for its stated features and uses HTTPS for communications with Google and Polar. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but reasonable measures are used to reduce unauthorized access or disclosure.

FlipTab 將資料存取限制於已揭露功能所需的範圍，並使用 HTTPS 與 Google 及 Polar 通訊。任何儲存或傳輸方式都無法保證絕對安全，但我們會採取合理措施降低未經授權的存取或揭露。

9. Children｜兒童

FlipTab is not directed to children under 13, and the operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
