FlipTab Refund Policy｜退款政策

This Refund Policy applies to one-time purchases of FlipTab Pro made through Polar.

本退款政策適用於透過 Polar 購買的 FlipTab Pro 一次性授權。

1. 14-day refund period｜14 天退款期限

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the original purchase date. You do not need to provide a detailed reason, although feedback may help us improve FlipTab.

你可以在原始購買日起 14 個日曆日內申請全額退款，無須提供詳細理由；若願意提供意見，可協助我們改善 FlipTab。

This voluntary 14-day policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer-protection rights available under applicable law.

此自願提供的 14 天退款政策，不限制適用法律所保障的強制解除契約、退款或消費者權利。

2. How to request a refund｜如何申請退款

Send a request to [你的客服信箱] from the email address used for the purchase.

Please include:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The Polar order number or receipt number, if available
  • A short description of the request

Do not send your complete payment-card information or publicly share your License Key.

請使用購買時填寫的電子郵件地址寄信至 [email protected]，並提供：

  • 結帳時使用的電子郵件地址
  • Polar 訂單編號或收據編號（如有）
  • 簡短的退款申請說明

請勿寄送完整付款卡資料，也不要公開分享 License Key。

3. Refund method and processing time｜退款方式與處理時間

Approved refunds are issued through Polar to the original payment method. Applicable taxes are handled by Polar as part of the refund.

After a refund is issued, the time required for it to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Currency-conversion differences or bank processing times may be outside our control.

核准的退款會由 Polar 退回原付款方式，適用稅款由 Polar一併處理。

退款完成後，實際入帳時間依付款服務商及金融機構而定。匯率差異或銀行處理時間可能不在我們的控制範圍內。

4. License revocation｜授權撤銷

A full refund revokes the associated FlipTab Pro benefit and License Key. Pro features will no longer be available after the extension verifies the updated license status.

Refunding a license does not intentionally delete existing locally stored Spaces, tabs, preferences, or backups. Features exceeding the free-version limits may become unavailable until a valid Pro license is activated again.

完成全額退款後，相關的 FlipTab Pro 權益與 License Key 將被撤銷。擴充功能驗證更新後的授權狀態後，Pro 功能將停止提供。

授權退款不會刻意刪除本機保存的 Space、分頁、偏好設定或備份。超出免費版限制的功能可能暫時無法使用，直到重新啟用有效的 Pro 授權。

5. Requests after 14 days｜超過 14 天的申請

Requests submitted after 14 days may still be considered when:

  • The same product was purchased more than once by mistake
  • The License Key cannot be delivered or activated because of a confirmed product or transaction error
  • A refund is required by applicable law
  • Polar determines that a refund is appropriate to prevent fraud or a payment dispute
  • Other exceptional circumstances justify a refund

超過 14 天後，如有下列情況，仍可能個別審核退款：

  • 誤購同一產品超過一次
  • 因確認的產品或交易錯誤，導致 License Key 無法交付或啟用
  • 適用法律要求退款
  • Polar 為避免詐欺或付款爭議而判定應退款
  • 其他足以構成退款理由的特殊情況

6. Partial refunds｜部分退款

FlipTab Pro is sold as a single, indivisible software license. We generally provide a full refund rather than a partial refund.

A partial refund may be issued only when required by law, required to correct a transaction error, or mutually agreed in an exceptional case. Any effect on the License Key will be explained before the partial refund is processed.

FlipTab Pro 是單一且不可分割的軟體授權，因此原則上採全額退款，不提供部分退款。

只有在法律要求、修正交易錯誤或特殊情況下雙方另有約定時，才可能提供部分退款。處理前會先說明部分退款對 License Key 的影響。

7. Fraud and abuse｜詐欺與濫用

Refunds may be denied where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized resale, repeated refund abuse, deliberate circumvention of activation limits, or material violation of the FlipTab Terms of Use. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

如有合理證據顯示涉及詐欺、未授權轉售、反覆濫用退款、刻意規避啟用限制或重大違反 FlipTab 使用條款，我們可能拒絕退款；但依法不得排除的權利不受影響。
